UNITIZED
Tools made of compressed nonwoven abrasive containing a high concentration of evenly distributed abrasive grain. The material holds its shape and enables easy surface finishing, removal of annealing colours or blending after weld seam removal.
Unitized tools are ideal for pre-polishing as they can remove light scratches without changing the part dimensions. Wheels can be dressed to a profile to fit specific shapes.
Common areas of application include aviation and aerospace industries, as well as orthopaedics and medical technology.

Convolute
These versatile tools are suitable for deburring, cleaning, or repairing surfaces. They can also be used for standardising surfaces.
Convolute wheels are made of nonwoven abrasive which is wound around a core. They are offered in multiple densities, abrasives, and grit sizes to suit a variety of tasks.
These products have been designed for stationary use. Denser grades are suitable for deburring or applying a grained finish. More open specifications can lightly clean a surface or conform to irregular shapes.
Main areas of application for these are also the aviation and aerospace industry as well as orthopaedics and medical technology.
