Our felt flap discs are as versatile as the challenges they face. Nearly every application area is covered.
The entire range is made of high-quality wool felt. The material is available in numerous thicknesses and hardnesses and intended for use with conventional polishing paste. These products stand out due to their enhanced flexibility and contour adaptation.
Possible processing tasks:
- High-gloss polishing
- Polishing in corners and angles
- Fine finishing and polishing on flat and curved surfaces as well as pipes
- Polishing of concave and convex surfaces

Our felt flap discs are optimised for use on machines with variable speed regulation. Mini felt flap discs are particularly suitable for variable mini angle grinders and straight grinders.
Felt Flap Discs
Made with upright flaps made of wool felt on a glass fibre backing. This makes fast disc attachment possible and allows a cool air flow at all times, significantly reducing heat load.
Our felt flap discs are particularly used for high-gloss polishing on medium-sized and large components.

Felt flap discs with reduced backing
Thanks to the flap overhang, this version polishes into corners and angles. It also provides greater flexibility if working on countours.

The combined felt flap disc is one of our latest innovations. For you, this means two working steps in one – the removal of slight surface flaws and finishing. This disc combines two working steps in one – fine finishing and polishing. It can be used on flat and curved surfaces as well as on pipes. It is ideally suited for creating a satin finish one a wide variety of surfaces, such as: steel, stainless steel (INOX) or NF metals.

Mini flap discs – felt, quick change system
