Ceramic Flap Rolls
The firmer backing allows the operator to maintain greater pressure, creating a uniform grained finish. The ceramic grain also allows for faster stock removal on stainless steel. Since ceramic grain performs best with moderate pressure, WENDT recommends using ceramic rolls in either 2” wide version, or 4” width plus keyway arbor. Either allows the operator to apply pressure with proper support across the face of the roll.
